Located in the heart of the Belgrade Waterfront complex, Buddha Bar brings an atmosphere that combines urban elegance and exotic tones of the Far East. The interior is rich in details, from the sumptuous play of light to the imposing Buddha statue that dominates the space and creates a sense of peace and mystical harmony. The cozy garden provides a more intimate ambience, where natural elements and discreet lighting follow the rhythm of soft music. The menu is conceived as a culinary journey through the culinary traditions of Asia and adapted to the modern guest eager to explore. This approach can already be seen in spring rolls that are crispy on the outside, with a juicy vegetable filling, refreshed with a note of sesame oil and rounded off with a sweet and spicy sauce. The balance of textures and flavors makes them a great introduction to a meal. Don't skip steak prepared in a wok pan. The tender meat is combined with onions, bell peppers and baby spinach, while the black pepper sauce envelops each piece and gives the dish depth. The decoration of dehydrated onions brings contrast, and the color of the vegetables brings dynamism to the plate. Sushi and nigiri creations are equally pleasing to the eye and palate. Chocolate bars with fine djanduja and a ball of vanilla or cheesecake with mango-passion fruit sauce round off the meal with a light sweet note.
