Gault&Millau's review 2026

Insolita is a true representative of Italian cuisine, so we will take you to the menu and the tastes that are memorable. Vitello Brasato Trifolato is a juicy, delicious, long-roasted veal in dunst served with buttery mashed potatoes and marinated black truffle leaves. The aromas of that plate are already intoxicating, and a slight balance to the dish is given by delicious, slightly sweet boiled green beans, while veal moth brings a deep, pronounced umami flavor. Pollo alla Milanese, crispy chicken with Parmesan sauce, is a classic that is executed flawlessly, with a distinctly crispy and golden crust and a rich, full-bodied Parmesan sauce. A perfectly seasoned green salad gives a great fresh and sour contrast to this dish. Maltagliati Rustici, a homemade pasta with a ragout made from spicy Italian sausage of moderate spiciness, makes an impressive impression. In every bite, you can feel the balanced flavors and playful textures of kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, broccoli with mint and nutty notes accentuated by almonds. In addition to these three fantastic dishes, you can also opt for pizza, pasta or risotto, as well as a variety of appetizers such as arancino, steak tartare, beef carpaccio or prawns. For a sweet finish, we recommend ice cream that is made in-house and that they are proud of.
