Gault&Millau's review 2026

In the tradition of the Writers' Club is to provide a haven for imagination, discussions, dreams and tastes of the greatest writers of Serbia. Trying to preserve the tradition of the Club, but to raise it to the heights it deserves, Chef Kisić has created a menu that reminds of the essence of the fusion nature of Serbian cuisine and thus brought it closer to foreigners. Be sure to start with goose liver terrine. Fortified with forest fruit jelly, a reduction of cocoa and ginger, and a lemon and pepper biscuit, this creamy symphony reaches its climax when applied to a beautiful bread with dried fruit. An unequivocal plezir with a good glass of red wine. Continue with the Mangalica ribs, which are not known if they are more delicious or sweet. The honey glaze counteracts the fullness of the taste of mangulica, and the side dish of red cabbage in the Viennese way with candied white radish and cranberry preserved in honey, gives an additional sweet refreshing note to this dish. The combination is very beautiful and expertly thought out. Finally, leave room for Wiki. It's a real pleasure to taste this mousse made of the finest dark chocolate and espresso mousse, with crunchy additions. You really don't know if Viki is creamier or more frothy. In any case, like the previous combination of mustard and honey, the boss points out the harmonious harmony of dark chocolate and espresso.
