Gault&Millau's review 2026

Whether you are sitting in the garden under the canopy of trees, or in the interior, the staff will do their best to create a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant nurtures the spirit of national cuisine, but is not afraid to weave modern trends through that spirit. The selection of brandies is impressive, as well as a very high quality wine list, so seek advice on pairing. Sweet and salty prunes in bacon are a great snack while you think about further courses. Classics such as fried peppers with cheese, grilled Miroc cheese, as well as excellent liver are always a good choice. Homemade flecks in porcini mushroom sauce with pieces of steak are certainly a protective dish of the restaurant, and for good reason. On the weekends, there is a great roast under the bell that you will enjoy if you book a table on time. In addition to the expected and good grilled specialties, there is also a very good Dry Age burger, as well as an excellent selection of steaks. Lamb chops are also available seasonally, which are always expertly prepared so that the aromas of meat are perfectly mixed with the flavor of barbecue. Legkica, as well as baked hunting schnitzels are recommended for the colder months. Speaking of cold, their cold pancakes served with vanilla cream and grated apples with a lighter note will perfectly balance the meal.
