Diner Bros. combines Chicago burger culture with quality local ingredients, so here we mean good beef, clear flavors and sauces of the house in a dynamic, unpretentious format. From breakfast and appetizers, through tacos and nachoos, the menu leads to burgers as the center of the offer - classic and Smash, with a serious dose of cheese, but also in a vegan variant with Beyond "meat" and vegan cheddar. The American signature is further enhanced by the original Philly Cheese and pizza segment through which Chicago, New York and Detroit Style are presented, for those who prefer a fuller Street snack. For more serious snacks, there are T-bone, steak, smoked fried leg and chicken wings. Convenient, fast, concrete. No superfluous talk.
