In this original Pirot kafana, there is no mistaking the authentic flavors of the Pirot region. All the famous Pirot specialties welcome you in turn. For starters, flattened sausage and urnebes in several versions, sheep’s cheese and bećarac, strained yoghurt and pork aspic. From the grill stand out the braid, juicy hunter’s tenderloin and rustic smoked meat, and the obligatory ćevapi and uštipci, sausage and medallions on kajmak, and the burger in several versions - rolled with cheese, gourmet, in crépine, or mutton.
