Guests can begin with a rich pike soup, traditional carp broth, veal cream coup or a refreshing white cucumber soup. Given the riverside setting, the fish stew is a standout, alongside fried catfish, Orly-style perch, and a variety of grilled catches. The meat selection is equally sophisticated, featuring Passent pork stuffed with prunes and bacon, beef ribs in red onion jam, and roast veal with a dark beer sauce on celeriac puree.
