In an ambience that exudes a touch of art deco and sailing, you will feel what a classy Parisian restaurant looked like at the beginning of the last century, when swing enchanted the world and when ladies flirtatiously blew cigarette smoke through the veils of their hats. Magellan is a haven for gastro-hunters of seasonal tastes of international provenance. With the aim of intoxicating everyone's taste, true to its name, the restaurant offers enjoyment on a trip around the world. Set sail on your journey with marinated oyster mushrooms topped with sparkling potato and truffle cream. The airy and creamy dressing is adorned with a delicious fullness of texture of homemade hollandaise sauce. Ideally, you should continue with the chicken terrine with duck, where the sweet meat of the chicken is pressed into bayaders along with more robust notes of venison, duck and garnished with drops of onion mayonnaise and forest fruit gel. Bajaderi are additionally sprinkled with crispy chips with onion notes and immersed in a puddle of caramelized cauliflower cream. Finally, experience the concept of a pear with a couple of pear-flavored autumn chip leaves, which hide a pear semifredo covered with flambéed pieces of this fruit. Parmesan crumble is scattered around this sweet ode to the autumn idyll, so passing through the famous strait is an experience to remember.
