In Thyme, a team of young chefs has launched a modern street food concept that proves fast food can be both creative and sophisticated. The menu is a playground of reinterpretations of classics and global fusion, featuring truffle burgers with pecorino in brioche and a succulent Philly Cheesesteak. Their five variations of bao buns are undisputed crowd favorites, alongside inventive offerings like the Caesar Chicken pie, beef kebabs and falafel. A true standout is the crispy deep-fried lasagna, elevated with taleggio and a rich truffle béchamel. The experience concludes perfectly with the Thyme-ramisu - a decadent blend of Baileys and espresso and mascarpone cream.
