This restaurant in the heart of the Kalemegdan fortress offers a gastronomic experience with a wonderful view. In the unique ambience, you can feel the combination of historical significance and modern design, which creates a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere. The menu includes a wide range of local and Italian dishes, and you can always ask the friendly staff for suggestions. In the appetizer section, prunes in bacon served on polenta whet the appetite, as well as the sweet-spicy aromas of fried goat’s cheese with honey and red pepper flakes. You should also try the fried pepper with cheese, because the bites melt in your mouth. The crispy pepper crust is well balanced with the creamy cheese filling and juicy ajvar as a base, giving the dish an interesting contrast of textures and flavors. Try some gourmet pork fillet stuffed with Njeguši prosciutto, smoked cheese and kajmak with smashed potatoes on fried onions or deliciously tender lamb bayadere. Mashed potatoes and boiled carrots complement the taste of the lamb, providing a harmonious combination of meat and vegetable notes. If you are into barbecue, we recommend homemade spicy sausages, and a stuffed fillet. Sweeten your experience with floating island with an intense, caramelized topping or homemade vanilla slice and a cup of espresso.
