Traveling from Pirot toward Dimitrovgrad, you encounter a complex where the past and present live in seamless harmony. Beyond the striking white stone houses and craft workshops, the heart of the estate is its cellar and traditional bakery. In the central part is a large restaurant with a fireplace and a spacious terrace, so all you have to do is surrender to the magic of southern cuisine, which is prepared here in a traditional way. Start in order - pie with cheese and greens, vurda and sprža, grilled đubek, then stuffed dried peppers and vine-leaf rolls. Roast pork and lamb arrive from the oven, barbecue is a given, along with fresh salads, ajvar and pickles, and finally baklava and walnut meringues.
