In a secluded corner of Kragujevac, removed from the city‘s bustle, Gastro Komitet 27 successfully blends contemporary expression with the warmth of a natural setting. The interior is modern and restrained, yet intimate and genuinely pleasant. The menu marries classical foundations with an author‘s approach, so every dish feels like a carefully considered statement. Attention to detail is felt at every stage - from the selection of ingredients to final presentation. Chicken with apples and almonds delivers a confident harmony of coal-roasted meat, butter-glazed apples, and honey mustard dressing, with almonds lending a satisfying crispness. Cacio e pepe steak relies on the pure, robust interplay of aged cheese and black pepper, balanced with precision. The filet mignon and salmon fillet, the Komitet shoulder and tagliatelle puttanesca each illustrate the menu‘s considered breadth and range. The dessert selection closes the meal on a polished note - a white chocolate cake with blackberry gel and vanilla ice cream leads the way, while a reimagined apple pie and a chocolate cake with raspberry glaze offer familiar comfort executed with care.
