The classic, but neat and bright setting of the kafana is an adequate environment to feel the spirit of authentic Pirot both through the atmosphere and through everything they prepare in this place. By the way, they are especially famous for their famous flattened sausage, which they make themselves from three types of meat, veal, mutton and goat. As such, it is indispensable at the beginning of every meal, and on the menu, it is called Bohemian Horseshoe. This specialty is also on the menu in the form of a pljeskavica made from this mixture, accompanied by Bohemian and hunter tenderloin, mućkalica and liver, braid with mushrooms and smoked chitterlings, uštipci, ćevapi, pork neck and homemade sausage. A nice selection of Serbian wines nicely accompanies the powerful local flavors.
