Gault&Millau's review 2026

Under the luxurious chestnut treetops in the grove near the Seminary lies this peaceful gastronomic oasis. Everything is arranged in such a way that guests feel as comfortable and pleasant as possible. More demanding guests will be surprised by the flexibility of the kitchen, which is always ready to recompose risottos or pastas with the ingredients you desire. The menu with very good appetizers is mostly based on national and European cuisine with influences from Asia and Central America. Thus, celery chips are fried in crispy panko breadcrumbs and served with a sweetly spicy Asian sauce. Hummus is excellent, as a representative of the Middle East, and there is also a very good goose liver terrine as the crown of European cuisine. Kebabs and burgers are representatives of local cuisine, and there are also excellent steaks for meat lovers. Rolled veal in suprim sauce on excellent creamy mashed potatoes is also a very good classic, but pork ribs are also highly recommended. First, they are cooked for a very long time, so that the meat on the ribs becomes almost creamy, and they are served with a refreshing mix of lettuce and edamame that really delight the palate in combination with meat. Prawns in tempura, tuna tartare in tacos or butterfly fish are a great choice if you are up for some lighter dishes.
