The pizzas in this pizzeria are special in every way, from the great dough to the creative crossbreeding of local ingredients. The pizzas come in three dimensions, so try the different flavor combinations because they’re all magical. Among the classics, Formaggio is excellent, followed by the Italiano vero segment, and then rhapsody in the Rustic pizza section. The mighty Staroplaninska is stuffed with lamb in a tomato sauce with local herbs and strained yoghurt, and there is also a version with cracklings, a spicy Siciliana with lamb in red wine with capers, and exotic Tartufata with grilled sausage and Oriental with aubergine. They have an excellent tiramisu and an interesting ‘Death by Chocolate’ dessert.
