Remarkable Restaurant
This small French bistro will captivate any culinary enthusiast seeking a truly interesting bite. The staff is as charming and professional as the food they serve, creating a good atmosphere. The menu evolves frequently to reflect the kitchen’s latest inspirations; however, if you are visiting during the right season, the escargots are an essential starting point. These succulent snails are bathed in butter, garlic, and parsley, remaining aromatic and remarkably tender. This Provencal classic serves as a poignant reminder for any lover of simple yet genius flavors that nature’s gifts should not be overly complicated. We also highly recommend the buttery sweetbreads, prepared on a Japanese grill and enhanced with a unique apple-banana cream and wild garlic pesto. The filigree-thin crust from the grill provides a delightful crunch before the meat surrenders to the palate with all its spices. For the ultimate finale, the Riz a la Puter is indispensable. This delicate, creamy rice pudding, enriched with beetroot and meringue and finished with a wild berry reduction, is a rare and creative melange of flavors that feels like a dessert fit for royalty. It is a truly extraordinary and memorable melange of tastes.
