Within the ABC Hotel, in the very heart of Leskovac, on the second floor with a spacious terrace and a view of the City Park canopy, there is a modern and pleasant restaurant designed for a relaxed but thoughtful enjoyment of food. The ambiance is bright and unobtrusive, while the extremely friendly staff is happy to draw attention to the daily specials, which often supplement the permanent menu. Whet your appetite with rakija, then indulge in a cuisine that combines European influences with local, discreetly modernized dishes. Along with a good selection of mezetluk, hot bread baked in a pizza oven is served, while among the appetizers, zucchini dumplings and bread with cheese and chard, in a modern form of a pizza-like pie, stand out. The menu includes a selection of pastas, risottos and pizzas, as well as a solid selection of grills. ABC kebabs and ABC burgers, enriched with melted mozzarella cheese, stand out. The veal bayadere prepared under the fire are extremely succulent, while the premium Black Angus steak stands out. From time to time, authentic Leskovac mućkalica is also available, cooked for a long time and finally baked to a crispy crust. Among the classics are saltimboka, pork medallions with porcini mushrooms and Karađorđe schnitzel. The sweet part of the menu is rounded off by a variety of pancakes and a very good poppy seed cake.
