Gault&Millau's review 2026

Located in the heart of Belgrade, adjacent to the Rajićeva center, this restaurant offers an Oriental journey through an interior with subtle Far Eastern accents. The menu artfully bridges Japanese and broader Pan- Asian influences, emphasizing a bold interplay of flavors and textures. The bar offers a fine selection of cocktails that perfectly complement the dining experience. The Blackened Cauliflower in a chili-lime sauce offers a vibrant dialogue between spicy and refreshing notes, complemented by crispy rice and mint-basil chips that add a discrete herbal accent. The Sirloin Grilled Strips feature tender aged steak strips with a miso demi- glace, served with crunchy polenta and charred corn. A combination of butter and togarashi powder rounds out the dish with aromatic layers. To conclude, the Brûlée in Bloom is a sophisticated study in cream and crunch, pairing a light crème brûlée with raspberry-lime jam, fresh blueberries, and a golden crumble. Oriental spirit is given a modern form here, and every detail leads the guest through a carefully conceived gastronomic experience that remains long in the memory.
