Gault&Millau's review 2026

Muskat is truly consistent with its name, as it is not easily forgotten. Just like the first time we experience the taste of nutmeg. Like nutmeg, this relatively small restaurant, gives an impression immeasurably larger than its physical dimensions. It stands out with the warmth of its ambiance and the staff that makes guests return here for a generous portion of indulgence. Carefully selected seasonal menus are very cautiously curated. On this occasion, we began a truly wonderful meal with Vitello Tonnato. Creatively cut pieces of veal, which looked like flower petals, topped with a creamy sauce with the consistency of a rich Hollandaise. Then - oxtail. Muskat is the place to try the ox tail. The meat from the tail can be chewed if you wish, but it melts if you press it against the palate with yourtongue. The sauce certainly picked up the sweetest flavors and provides a wonderful effect, like a demi-glace, while leaves of fresh baby spinach round out the story. Large petals of caramelized onion add sweetness and freshness. For the end - if you dreamed as a child of what it would be like to bite into a cloud, the tiramisu here is an opportunity to realize that dream.
