Gault&Millau's review 2026

Pinot is a modern bistro in West 65 born from a love of seasonal food and fine wine. Their mission is to bring the world of wine closer to the Belgrade public, and the staff are true connoisseurs ready to recommend the perfect glass. The menu is concise and dedicated to the best seasonal ingredients. The fusion of European cuisine, mainly French and Austrian, with local national cuisine creates real delicacies here. Excellent foie gras or steak tartare are always on the menu, but we recommend the cold pork bayadere served on a hot burek dough with a little horseradish. An excellent winter appetizer. Our recommendation also goes for the Skadar carp pâté served with blini. If you need comfort, the excellent Wiener Schnitzel is a proven classic, or an unexpected twist on a British classic - Danube fish and chips in a crispy batter with tartare. If you're in the mood for something more refined, the duck is also excellent, as well as the exceptional sea bass in beurre blanc sauce. We recommend saddle of lamb or lamb trotters for true gourmets, and when it comes to desserts, home-made noodles with poppy seeds are like grandma's, and we highly recommend the Kaiserschmarrn in the winter menu.
