The environment is purposefully divided - the boarding area serves hotel guests, while the à la carte room welcomes anyone seeking a more distinctive experience. Rather than expected classics, the focus falls on connecting local ingredients from western Serbia with modern preparation techniques, presenting familiar flavors in a refreshed and contemporary form. The menu emphasizes the fusion of traditional and new, with carefully selected ingredients and clearly defined combinations. Pie with smoked pork shin and spicy sour cream sauce announces the kitchen‘s gourmet spirit with confidence - the layered filling delivers depth, while the sour cream provides a contrasting, rounding note. Smoked drumstick in porcini mushroom and kajmak sauce, served with gnocchi, offers a warm and aromatic experience, with tender meat and a creamy sauce. The Bailey’s cake closes the meal with chocolate richness and aromatic liqueur, crowned with whipped cream and an edible flower.
