In the heart of Dedinje, Rustique presents the magic of Italy through three categories: pasta/risotto, meat/fish specialties, and Roman-style pizza. Everything is accompanied by a selected selection of Italian and Serbian wines. Be sure to try the crostini mix, which brings all the splendor of sophisticated meat delicacies with crispy rosemary focaccia. Minestrone is a must, hearty chicken or spicy tomato soup is a nice warm-up, and salads with fresh tuna or salmon, as well as a combination of turkey and mozzarella can be a complete meal. The pasta selection comes in a wide range from seafood variations to convincing pasta with creamed spinach and prosciutto and spicy Calabrese, homemade ravioli filled with ricotta in butter and sage and paccheri with steak and porcini. The risotto with shrimp and saffron is equally compelling, as well as risotto with oyster mushroom and Caesar’s mushroom. Steak in several options and saltimbocca are proven options, followed by turkey roll on carrot puree, slow-cooked pork neck and rump steak. Excellent thin crust pizzas follow the original Roman style. Finally, you must try the perfect tiramisu, the powerful pistachio mousse, the poppy seed cake or the mille-feuille with seasonal fruits.
