Ruzmarin is the ideal spot for a first date - unpretentious, cozy, and filled with the soul of an Italian kitchen. It is an ideal place to get to know someone better in a pleasant environment, surrounded by friendly staff with the soul of that wonderful chef from the Disney cartoon. The offer is diverse, from pizza, pasta, risotto, prosciutto, but all that is less important if you understand the essence of this place - come in, feel comfortable and eat well. We suggest starting with cauliflower baked with gorgonzola. Served in a fireproof bowl, this is a dish that challenges the palate with its creamy, bold flavor, an ideal dish for those who cannot decide between a solid starter and potage. The skin of the roasted cauliflower hides its sweet softness, and the gorgonzola, melted in the cream, adds a welcome challenge to the palate for a stronger taste. The ricotta and spinach ravioli in butter sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese is a masterclass in thoughtful simplicity.
