Gault&Millau's review 2026

With the spirit of a Vojvodina farm in the middle of the city, this restaurant offers a unique escape from its urban surroundings. Read the menu, and hear our advice. Start with the warm calf’s liver - expertly seared, seasoned to perfection, and served over triangles of fried polenta. This is a rare, wonderful combination that more restaurants should embrace. The chef’s enthusiasm is equally evident in the smoked turkey with mlinci. While this dish can often suffer from inconsistent textures, this version is a masterclass in synergy; the smoky meat, mlinci and white sauce create a cohesive, delicious softness that will have you savoring every bite. We think this is one of the best versions of this dish we have ever tried. Literally finger-licking good. To conclude, grandma’s yellowish pancakes with homemade jam are a highlight. These aren’t the standard fare found elsewhere; they are crafted with a “soul” as soft as the pancakes themselves. From the caramelized onions to the rich, smoky main course, the menu reflects a deep commitment to traditional comfort, making it a standout choice for anyone seeking authentic regional flavors in a refined setting.
